Well - the cookies were a success at school for baby girl's birthday - as if I thought they wouldn't be, right? She was pleased to see me because this morning I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it given how sick bug was/is. The good news is he hasn't puked since this morning and he asked for a snack - but then wouldn't eat it. I've given him watered down gatorade and now ginger ale and it looks like he is on the up swing of whatever this thing was. I have lysoled just about everything he has touched - at least I have tried to. I just do not want baby girl to get sick and to have to postpone her party.
I don't think we'll be making it out for dinner tonight - but we'll still have a family party - keeping bug at a distance that is. The one thing she wanted for her birthday was a video camera. And yes I know it does seem to be a little ridiculous to get an 8 year old a video camera but we did. We bought her this cute little flip video in pink - it looked to me like the easiest to use and it's pink! I think she'll love it.
